Resetting Mobile Access

If you have lost or sold your mobile phone, reset the mobile access for security reasons and to be sure that no third party has access to it.

If you lose or sell your mobile device, you should reset your access to the mail.com apps and the mobile webmail for security reasons.

  1. Click Account at the top right.

  2. On the left side, click Security Options.
  3. Under Reset auto-login, click Reset auto-login now.
  4. Enter your mail.com password and confirm by clicking Save changes.
Your access to the mail.com apps and mobile webmail is reset. All MailCheck logins are also terminated. Next time you use one of these applications, you will have to log in with your mail.com email address and password. For technical reasons, it may take up to 35 minutes to reset all mobile accesses.
