Can my account be reactivated?

There are a variety of reasons that an email account can be blocked. Under some circumstances, it may be possible to reactivate your account. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis; please see the information below and contact us if you believe there is a valid reason for reactivation.

Your account might be reactivated if:

  1. Your account was blocked by our security department after being hacked. If you can demonstrate that you are the true owner of the account, it may be possible to reactivate it.

It will not be possible to reactivate your account if:

  1. You used a VPN during the registration process (certain VPN configurations can be prohibited).
  2. Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
  3. Your account has been used to send spam and/or phishing emails.
