For an overview of your shared folders, go to Shares in the
menu. All of your shared files and folders are displayed here.
- The icon with the two people stands for an active share.
- The icon with the person and the lock stands for a shared folder with password protection.
- The icon with the person and the clock stands for an expired share.
Edit or deactivate shares
- Select the file or folder by tapping the file or folder name and not releasing it until
a checkmark appears on the left.
- Tap the share icon at the bottom right.

- Tap Manage access. You have the following options:
- Permissions (for folders only): Choose whether other people are allowed to make changes to the folder.
- Viewer: View and download only
- Editor: Add, rename, and remove files
- Password protection: You can protect the share with a password. If you select Editor under
Permissions, a password is mandatory.
- Expiration: Specify how long the sharing link should remain valid.
- Stop sharing: If you no longer want other people to be able to access your files, you can deactivate the
sharing link and thus delete the share.
