Keep your inbox clean by moving emails in different folders.

Mark an email as a favorite

You can mark emails as favorites to make them easier to find.

  1. Tap the checkmark icon at the top.

    settings

    You will see a checkbox next to each email.
  2. Tick the checkbox of each email you want to mark.
    A menu will appear at the bottom.
  3. Tap the three dots icon to the right.
    Another menu will appear.
  4. Select Mark as Favorite.

The email is now marked as a favorite with a star icon.
Mark an email as read or unread

You can mark emails as read or unread without actually opening them.

  1. Tap the checkmark icon at the top.

    You will see a checkbox next to each email.
  2. Tick the checkbox of each email you want to mark.
    A menu will appear at the bottom.
  3. Tap the three dots icon to the right.
    Another menu will appear.
  4. Select Mark as read or Mark as unread.

Mark an email as spam

If a spam mail hasn't been filtered out automatically, you can help improve our filters by manually marking it as spam.

  1. Tap the checkmark icon at the top.

    You will see a checkbox next to each email.
  2. Tick the checkbox of each email you want to mark.
    A menu will appear at the bottom.
  3. Tap the three dots icon to the right.
    Another menu will appear.
  4. Select Report spam.

The email will be moved to your spam folder.
How to move an email

You can move an email in your email list to another folder.

  1. Tap the checkmark icon at the top.

    You will see a checkbox next to each email.
  2. Tick the checkbox of each email you want to mark.
    A menu will appear at the bottom.
  3. Tap the three dots icon to the right.
    Another menu will appear.
  4. Tap Move.

    A menu will open, asking you where to move the email.
  5. Select a destination folder.
The email will be moved to the destination folder.
