Appointment Settings

You can adjust the default values like duration, reminder or daily appointment overview for all new created appointments if nothing else is entered.

You can adjust the default values for all new appointments. You can find the default values in the organizer settings under Appointments.

Default value Description
Duration Define the default duration of a new appointment.
No reminders Deactivate preset reminders for a new appointment.
Remind via Select a preset reminder. It will be selected as the first reminder for new appointments.
Add reminder Create a new default reminder. You can create a maximum of 5 reminders.
Daily appointment overview If this setting is activated, you receive a daily email with an overview of all your appointments for the current day.
