Activate or deactivate POP3 and IMAP

To use 3rd party email applications, you need to activate POP3/IMAP sync in your settings.


The 3rd party email applications IMAP and POP3 are only available to Premium customers.

POP3/IMAP sync is deactivated by default. If you wish to use third party applications or mobile apps to sync your email, you need to activate this feature in your settings.

  1. In the E-mail tab, click Settings.
  2. Click POP3 & IMAP.
  3. Activate the checkbox that says Enable access to this account via POP3 and IMAP.
  4. Click Save.
You can now start setting up POP3/IMAP applications. Please note that this setting will be turned off automatically for security reasons if you do not use POP3/IMAP for a longer period of time.
