Deactivate confirmation dialogues in the mail.com Mail App for Android

In your mail.com Mail App for Android, you can deactivate the standard confirmation dialogue that is displayed e.g. before an email is deleted or a folder is emptied.

  1. Tap the menu symbol in the menu bar.
    The menu navigation is shown.
  2. Below your email folders, tap Settings.

  3. Tap General settings.
  4. Under "Miscellaneous", deactivate the desired confirmation dialogues.
    • Confirm mail deletion: Deactivate this option so that NO confirmation dialogue is displayed before the selected emails are deleted.
    • Confirm draft deletion: Deactivate this option so that NO confirmation dialogue is displayed before a draft is deleted.
    • Delete swiped mails immediately: Activate this option so that NO confirmation dialogue is displayed when an email is swiped for deletion.

    Note that by deactivating the confirmation dialogue, the risk of unintentional data loss is increased.

The selected confirmation dialogues will no longer be shown in the mail.com Mail App for Android.
