Mark and move emails in the mail.com Mail App for Android

You can mark emails as favorites. They are marked with a yellow star, making them easier to find.

1. Tap on an email to open it.
2. Tap the star symbol in the top right-hand corner.

   
   
   
   

The email is now marked as a favorite. Favorites appear in your email list marked with a yellow star.

You can mark emails as read without actually opening them.

1. Mark the email by tapping the round symbol on the left of the subject.
   A menu appears on the upper edge of the screen.
2. Tap the opened envelope.

   
   
   
   

The email is now marked as read.

You can move any unwanted emails directly into the Spam folder.

1. Mark the email by tapping the round symbol on the left of the subject.
   A menu appears on the upper edge of the screen.
2. Tap the folder symbol.
3. Tap Spam.

   
   
   
   

The email is moved into the Spam folder.

You can move an email into another folder.

1. Mark the email by tapping the round symbol on the left of the subject.
   A menu appears on the upper edge of the screen.
2. Tap the folder symbol.
3. Tap the folder into which you want to move the email.

   
   
   
   

The email is moved into the selected folder.
