Create templates from files

With Online Office you can create your own templates.

Tip: This feature can also be used on already existing mail.com templates, such as the letter template. For instance, you can fill in information such as your name and address and then save it as new template. That way, when you compose a new letter your information will already be filled in.
Create template from recently used files
  1. Click on Recently used.
    A list of your recently used files will open.
  2. Right-click on a file.
  3. Click on Save as template.



The file will be saved under My templates as a new template.
Create template in editing mode
  1. In editing mode, click on the blue arrow next to the file name.
    A dropdown-menu opens.
  2. Click on Save as template.



The file will be saved under My templates as a new template.
