Scheduled Sending

Set a time delay when sending your emails – for example, to congratulate the recipient on their birthday at the right moment or to submit documents by a specific deadline.

You can write an email now but not send it until later. You can edit the email and adjust the sending time until the email has been sent.

How to send an email with a time delay (mail.com FreeMail)

  1. Click the clock icon next to the Send button.
  2. Select one of the suggested sending times below "now" wich is "tomorrow" and "next Week".

  3. Click OK.

    Send an email at a later time.

  4. Click Send.
The email remains in the Outbox folder until the scheduled sending time. After sending, the email is moved to the Sent folder.

How to edit the email after writing it

  1. Open the Outbox folder.
  2. Select the email and click Edit.
  3. Edit the text, etc.
  4. Click Send.
The email will be stored in your outbox until the chosen time has been reached. Once the message is sent, it will be moved to the Sent folder.

How to change the sending time after writing the email

  1. Open the Outbox folder.
  2. Select the email and click Edit.
  3. Click the clock icon and select the new sending time.
  4. Click Send.
The email will be stored in your outbox until the chosen time has been reached. Once the message is sent, it will be moved to the Sent folder.
