How to use mail.com Translator

With mail.com Translator, you can translate words, phrases and complete sentences into another language.

  1. Go to the mail.com Translator page.
  2. Enter the text you would like to translate on the left side of the translation window. This text can be up to 2000 characters long.
    Info:

If you do not select a language, mail.com Translator automatically recognizes the language of the text entered ("Identify language") and translates it into English.

In the translation window, the translation of the text you have entered is displayed in gray on the right side.
  3. If you would like to start a new translation, delete the text previously entered in the left field of the translation window by clicking on the X symbol, then enter a different text. If you would like the words or phrases to be translated in the opposite direction, click on the arrow symbol. The previous source language is then set as the target language and the previous target language as the source language.

  4. To select another source or target language, you can click one of the three suggested languages above the translation window. If you want to select another language, click the down arrow further to the right.

After clicking on the arrow, a list of available languages will be displayed. As soon as you click on one of the languages, the settings will be applied and you will return to the translation window.
