I forgot my mail.com email address

Your email address is automatically saved by your browser per default. If you forgot it, you can view it with a few clicks.

Can't remember your mail.com email address? Your browser may still know it, and you can just look it up. Please use the same process like you would try to find your password via your Browser.
View saved passwords in Firefox
  1. Click the menu icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Privacy & Security and scroll down to Logins and Passwords.
  4. Click Saved Logins...
    The Firefox password manager opens in a new tab.
  5. If you need to narrow down the list, enter mail.com in the search field.
  6. In the list on the left, click the appropriate entry.
  7. Click the eye icon.

View saved passwords in Chrome
  1. Click the menu icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. On the left, click Autofill.
  4. Click Password Manager.
  5. If you need to narrow down the list, enter mail.com in the search field.
  6. Click the eye icon next to the appropriate entry.

  7. If necessary, enter your Windows credentials and click OK.
The password is shown.
View saved passwords in Safari (Mac/MacBook)
  1. Open Safari on your Mac or MacBook.
  2. Click Safari in the top left.
  3. Click Settings (or Preferences).
  4. Switch to the Passwords tab.
  5. Enter your Mac user account password and confirm.
  6. In the list of saved passwords, click on the appropriate entry.
  7. Hover the mouse over the hidden password to make it readable.

View saved passwords in Microsoft Edge
  1. Click the menu icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. On the left, click Profiles.
  4. Click Passwords.

  5. To narrow down the list, enter mail.com in the search field.
  6. Click the eye icon next to the appropriate entry.
  7. If necessary, enter your Windows credentials and click OK.

  1. Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. On the left, click Privacy & Security.
    A list of saved passwords will appear.
  4. Under “Password”, click Saved Passwords.

  5. To narrow down the list, enter mail.com in the search field.
  6. Click Show Passwords and confirm by clicking Yes.
