Adding a Contact Email Address

Store a email contact address to reset your password and regain access to your account if you have forgotten your password.

With a stored contact email address, you can reset your password. The email address can be from any provider.

When selecting an email address, make sure that you have (or the person who uses the email address has) access to it.

  1. Click Home and My Account.

  2. On the left side, click Security Options.
  3. Under Contact email address, click Add contact email address.
  4. Enter an email address.
  5. Enter your mail.com password and confirm the changes by clicking Save changes.
