Adding a Contact E-mail Address

Store a e-mail contact address to reset your password and regain access to your account if you have forgotten your password.

With a stored contact e-mail address, you can reset your password. The e-mail address can be from any provider.


When selecting an e-mail address, make sure that you have (or the person who uses the e-mail address has) access to it.

  1. Click Home and My Account.

  2. On the left side, click Security Options.
  3. Under Contact e-mail address, click Add contact e-mail address.
  4. Enter an e-mail address.
  5. Enter your password and confirm the changes by clicking Save changes.
