Administrate notification settings for new e-mails

    Determine how you want to be notified when you receive a new e-mail in your mail.com Mail App for Android.

    1. Tap the menu symbol in the menu bar.
      The menu navigation is shown.
    2. Tap the gearwheel symbol.
    3. Tap your e-mail adress.
      The screen Account settings opens.
    4. Under Notification settings, activate the new message setting so that you are notified in your smartphone status bar when new e-mails arrive.
    5. Set up the ring tone and decide whether you wish to be notified also by vibration.
    You have determined settings for the type of notification when new e-mails are received.
