Manage notification settings for new emails

Determine how you want to be notified when you receive a new email in your mail.com Mail App for Android.

  1. Tap the menu symbol in the menu bar.
    The menu navigation is shown.
  2. Below your email folders, tap Settings.

  3. Tap your email address.
    The screen Account Information opens.
  4. Under "Notifications", tap on Notification settings for emails.
  5. Tap All mail.com notifications.
  6. To configure more detailed notification settings, tap on the sliders.
  7. Set up the ring tone and decide whether you also wish to be notified by vibration by tapping on the text next to the slider.
You have implemented your preferred settings for notifications when new emails are received.
