  • Up to Date (green checkmark on white background): The file or the contents of a directory has been opened and downloaded to your computer and is therefore currently synced with the server or Cloud storage. The file takes up disk space on your computer and can always be opened even when your computer is not connected to the internet. New files in this directory on the remote server will appear as Online Only (see below) and are not downloaded automatically. Files copied to a volume are kept cached by default.
  • Available Offline (white checkmark on green background): The file or directory has been selected to be kept synced with the server or Cloud storage, so it is always saved offline. The file takes up disk space on your computer and can always be opened even when your computer is not connected to the internet. New files in this directory on the remote server will be downloaded automatically.
  • Online Only (grey cloud): The file can only be opened when your computer is connected to the internet, making a connection to the server or cloud storage possible. The file does not take up any disk space on your computer. The file will be temporarily downloaded when you open it.
  • Sync in Progress (white arrows on blue background): The file or directory is currently syncing with the server or Cloud storage.
  • Sync Error (white cross on red background): There was an error uploading the file after changes were made to it. You do not have permission to save the file or another problem occurred. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance. To resolve the error, move the file to a local directory and reload.
  • Ignored (white prohibition Symbol on grey background): The file is only saved in a local temporary location and never synced to the server or Cloud storage. To regain access to the file move it to a different directory (e.g. desktop), delete it from the server and reupload it.
