Check Activity Status

If you would like to pause the upload process of files or folders to the Cloud, you can do so directly from the Windows taskbar.

  1. Right-click on the Cloud icon in the Windows taskbar.
  2. Move the pointer over Sync in Progress.
  3. Click on Activity.

Pause sync

If your PC is overloaded, you can manually pause the mail.com Cloud sync process.

  1. Right-click on the Cloud icon in the Windows taskbar.
  2. Move the pointer over Sync in Progress.
  3. Click on Pause Sync.

The sync process has been paused. You can resume it anytime by clicking on Resume Sync.
