Deactivating Sorting by Folder

In the Unread email and Favorites views, as well as in the search results, your email are sorted by folder. You can deactivate sorting by folder.

1. Open the Unread email or Favorites view, or enter a search term and click the magnifying glass icon.
2. Click the Change view button.
3. Remove the checkmark next to Group by folder.
