Using multiple mail.com accounts in the mail.com Mail App for iOS

You can use the mail.com Mail App for iOS without restrictions with multiple mail.com accounts.

Adding another mail.com account to the mail.com Mail App for iOS

  1. Tap the profile icon in the upper left corner (containing your initials or profile picture).



  2. Tap Add Account.
  3. Log in with the credentials of your other account
You are now using the mail.com Mail App for iOS with multiple accounts, which you can switch between in the menu. In addition, you can make individual settings for each account.

Switching to another account in the mail.com Mail App for iOS

  1. Tap the profile icon in the upper left corner (containing your initials or profile picture).



  2. Tap Switch Account.
    The list of your other logged-in accounts opens.
  3. Tap on one of the accounts to switch your currently active account.
    A checkmark appears to the right of the selected account and you are directed to the inbox.
    Tip:

    To switch back and forth between your accounts faster, tap the email icon at the bottom left of the mailbox view. Either double tap to quickly switch to the last active account or press and hold the icon to select the one you want to switch to.

Removing an account from the mail.com Mail App for iOS

  1. Tap the profile icon in the upper left corner (containing your initials or profile picture).



  2. Perform one of the following steps:
    1. If the account you wish to remove is the currently active account:

      Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign off.

    2. If the account you wish to remove is not the currently active account:

      Under Switch Account slide your finger from right to left over the account you wish to remove and then tap Logout.
