Using MailCheck with Multiple Accounts

You can easily manage multiple accounts with mail.com MailCheck. You can add new ones or delete those, which you do not need anymore.

You can use mail.com MailCheck with other mail.com email addresses. You can also get notifications of new emails from GMX email addresses, and access the relevant mailbox using MailCheck. The other MailCheck functions can, however, only be used with your mail.com Account.

How to add another Account to MailCheck

  1. Right-click the envelope icon on the upper right.
  2. Click MailCheck Options.
  3. Click Add account.

  4. Enter the email address and the associated password.
  5. Click on OK.
Your Account is added to MailCheck.

How to remove an Account from MailCheck

  1. Right-click the envelope icon on the upper right.
  2. Click MailCheck Options.
  3. Select the Account you want to remove.
  4. Click Remove account.
