How to change the default setting for future appointments

Click
Organizer settings.

Click on
Appointments.

Select
No reminders.

Click
Save to confirm.
Reminders for future
appointments are disabled by default.
How to switch off the reminder for an existing appointment

Click the appointment for which you want to delete the reminder.

Click
Edit.
-
Click
Appointment details.
-
Click the "Delete" icon (trash).
-
Click
Save to confirm.
The reminder for the
selected appointment is disabled.
