Login to the mail.com Cloud for Mac

To add your mail.com Account in the mail.com Cloud for Mac, perform the following steps:

  1. Click on the Cloud icon in the top taskbar.
  2. Click on Open Connection.



    A window for providing additional login credentials opens.
  3. Click on Continue.



    In the background the login-page in your browser opens.
    Info:

    Please make sure that the loading window remains open in the background during the entire login process. If it is closed prematurely, the login will fail.

  4. Enter your mail.com address and password and click on Login.



    A window opens, asking for your permission to open the mail.comCloud for Mac.
  5. Click on Allow.



Your mail.com Account is added to the mail.com Cloud for Mac.
