Open share link

You can view shared files in your mail.com Cloud in your browser by opening the share link.

Please note:

The share link can only be copied if it has already been generated before. Find more information on how to create shares under Share files and folders.

  1. Open the Windows Explorer
  2. Open your Cloud located in the left menu of the Windows Explorer under "This PC".
  3. Right-click on the file or folder you would like to open the share link of.
  4. Move the mouse pointer to mail.com Cloud.
  5. Click on Open share link.

    The share link opens in the browser, where you can view and download the shared folder or file.
