Contact Fields

You can add all possible fields for additional information to your contacts. May it be a picture, a cell phone number or a nickname.

You can assign the following fields to each of your contacts. You do not have to use all of the fields.

Picture Click the Contact image to upload a new picture. The picture is used in the business card view. Picture files in the .png, .tif and .jpg formats are permitted. The files must not exceed 2 MB in size.
Email You can assign up to 25 email addresses to each contact. Using the list box on the left, you can specify the purpose of each email address. If there is more than one email address, you can define one as a default. The default address is shown in the contact list and used if you want to send an email to the contact or a group and do not expressly choose another address.

Cell phone

You can assign up to 25 cell phone numbers to every contact. Using the list box on the left, you can specify a purpose for cell phone number.

Phone You can assign up to 25 telephone numbers to every contact. Using the list box on the left, you can specify a purpose for each telephone number.
Fax You can assign up to 25 fax numbers to every contact. Using the list box on the left, you can specify a purpose for each fax number.
Adress You can assign up to 25 addresses to every contact. Using the list box on the left, you can specify a purpose for each address. You do not have to complete every field of an address.
Birthday If you save the birthday, the contact is included in the birthday view of the Contacts.
Messenger Messengers are messaging or chat programs such as Skype. You can specify the messenger used with the list box on the left.
Notes You can use this text field for information on a contact which does not fit in the other fields.
Nickname If you enter a contact's nickname, it is included in the Contacts search function.
Website Enter relevant websites of your contact here. You can specify the type of website using the list box on the left.
Groups Every contact can be a member of any number of groups.
