You can configure Outlook to retrieve your email from your mail.com mailbox with Outlook. Your
email will be sent to your application through POP3 whenever you want.

POP3 is only available to mail.com Premium
customers.
How to add your email account to Outlook 2019
To synchronize your emails with IMAP or POP3 you need to activate this feature
in your mail.com account. Click Email → Settings → POP3 & IMAP → Enable access to this account via POP3 and IMAP. Confirm the altered settings by clicking
Save and start your external email program.
Click File → Info → Add account.
The Outlook wizard for setting up a new account will open
up.
Enter an email address to add your account.
Click on Advanced options and check the box for
Let me set up my account manually.
Click on Connect.
Choose the account type POP.
The dialog POP Account Settings will open
up.
Take the following settings:
Incoming mail: Enter pop.mail.com with port 995 and
check the option This server requires an encrypted conncetion (SSL/TLS)
Outgoing mail: Enter smtp.mail.com with port 587 an
the encryption method STARTTLS
(recommended)
Click on Next.
A login-dialog will open up.
Enter your password and click on
Connect.
Your account is set up und ready to use. Click on OK to close the wizard.
How to add your email account to Outlook 2016

Select the Advanced tab. Enter
995 next to Incoming server and
check This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL).
Enter 587 next to Outgoing server
and select TLS as encrypted connection type (a). If a
copy of your email should stay in your mail.com mailbox, check
Leave a copy of messages on the server (b). Click on
OK (c) and on Next (d).
Click on Finish.
Outlook 2013 retrieves the email from your mail.com mailbox.
How to add your email account to Outlook 2010
Click
File, then
Information in the submenu and the
Add account button.
