How do I set up my Premium account using POP3 or IMAP?

If you wish to use a third-party program such as Outlook email to check your mail.com Premium account, you will have to enter the mail.com POP3 or IMAP server information in the settings of that email program.

If you are accessing your Premium account through the mail.com mobile apps or in your web browser, you do not need to set up POP3 or IMAP.

Setting up my Premium email account using POP3

Go to the settings of the third-party email program, e.g. Outlook or Windows Live Mail, that you would like to use. To add your account, you will have to enter your mail.com login information and the mail.com incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) server data.

To access your mail.com emails in a third-party email program like Outlook or Thunderbird with IMAP, you must add your account in the settings of the program you would like to use. You will be asked to enter your mail.com login information as well as the mail.com incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) server information.
